  • Cortland

    Mildly Tart (Early September)

    Holds white flesh color well for salads. Aromatic flavor. Stores well.

    Uses: Fresh eating, Sauce, & Baking

    Fireside

    Sweet (Late September or early October)

    Uses: Fresh eating, Pie (Holds Slice; chucky), Sauce, Baking, Salad, Freeze

    Haralson

    Firm, Tart, Juicy. Stores well. (Late September or early October)

    Uses: Fresh eating, Pie (holds slice), Caramel, Freeze

    Honeycrisp

    Sweet, Explosively crisp, & Juicy. (Late September)

    Minnesota State apple. Stores well (up to 7 months in cold storage)

    Uses: Fresh eating, Desserts, & Salad

    Keepsake

    Very crisp and juicy. Sweet, nutty, aromatic flavor that mellows with age. (Mid-October).

    A parent of the Honeycrisp apple.

    Uses: Great for fresh eating; pairs well with creamy, nutty cheeses.

    Northern Sweet

    Sweet and aromatic.(Late August or early September)

    Uses: Great for sauce and apple butter.

    McIntosh

    Mildly Sweet.(Early-to-mid September)

    Heritage apple developed in Dundas Co., Ontario, Canada in the 1820s by John McIntosh.

    Uses: Fresh eating, Pie, Sauce, Baking, Caramel

    Paula Red

    Mildly Sweet. (Early-to-mid September)

    Early season apple also known as the Arends Apple, developed in Michigan in 1960.

    Uses: Pie (saucy), Baking, Sauces, or Cider

    Regent

    Sweet, mild, honey-like flavor. (Early-to-mid October)

    Uses: Fresh eating, Pie (holds slice), Sauce, Baking, Salad, Jelly, Freeze

    SweeTango™

    As the name says, sweet and tangy! (Mid-September)

    Crisp and juicy; tasty mixture of citrus, honey, and spice Registered trademark for the fruit produced by the Minneiska trees. Parentage: Honeycrisp x Zestar. The apple was released 2009. Stores well.

    Uses: Fresh eating, Pie (reduce sugar)

    Sweet 16

    Sweet (Mid-September) Mid-season apple with a sweet anise or cherry lifesaver flavor.

    Uses: Fresh eating

    Zestar

    Mildly Sweet. Early season (Early-to-mid September) apple, Crisp & Tangy

    Uses: Chucky Sauce, Saucy Pie

  • Caroline Raspberries

    Large, sweet, juicy, and flavorful; bears in September and October. Perfect for eating, freezing, or jam!

  • Brianna

    White table or wine grapes with flavors ranging from grapefruit to pineapple to tropical fruits.

    Euland

    Flavorful red grapes, similar to Valiant or Beta grapes, perfect for juice, jelly, or eating.

    Frontenac

    Red grapes that makes wine with cherry and plum notes.

    Itasca

    White grapes aromas of pear, quince, violet, and melon along with faint notes of honey.

    King of the North

    Delicious juicy, tart red grapes, great for juice, jelly, or eating.

    LaCrescent

    White grapes can be used to make dessert or late-harvest wines with apricot, peach, and citrus aromas.

    Marquette

    Red grapes that makes wine with notes of cherry, dark berries, black pepper, and spice.

    Somerset Seedless

    White table grapes with a juicy, firm, and crisp with a sweet, strawberry-like flavor.

    St. Theresa

    Red table or wine grapes with sweet flavor and body similar to a light Burgundy.

    Raw, unprocessed honey from the blossoms of apples, raspberries, plums, and local wildflowers.

    Maple Syrup

    Maple syrup from local producers using traditional harvesting methods that protect our local maple forests.

    Freshly brewed coffees, hot and cold cider drinks, and hot chocolates for cool Fall days. Be sure to try the caramel apple parfait made with a sweet Honeycrisp or tart Haralson apple!
